Coffee Break Cheesecake

PLEEEEASE GIMME SOME COFFEE! No coffee? I'm not coming. I NEED COFFEE!!... You certainly recognize these phrases. Because we all are addicted to coffee. I had the idea to just make it a cake, because everything as cake is incredible. And plus, when it is a healthy, nourishing and raw whole treat!

Vegan Pan of Rosemary

What do you do, when there is nothing at home to eat? No rice, almost no vegetable, no quinoa, no fish, just... Nothing? Yes, you're right - someone would just give up and go for a leftover soup. But I said no. I am a cook, so I will cook something! So I took it as a challenge. I was thinking - oh hey! Some potatoes cooked yesterday. And a zucchini, hidden just under them. Oh, and a rest of orange pepper! Guys, I will make something out of this. Hey and look! Half-opened olive oil tuna conserve! I am definitely doing something.

So I did. Guys, you won't believe how GOOD it was. And so healthy, and light! Just ideal lunch.

You need: POTATOES, OLIVE OIL, and vegetable "all you can find"

Cozy Chocolate Porridge

Lately, it has been a bit... You know, cold outside. And while I am on vacation right now, I felt like making a cozy breakfast to bed. My mom bought some pears, and I thought of a perfect combination:

CHOCOLATE + CINNAMON + PEARS + OATS

And because I don't want to eat cute animals, it is vegan (but it completely depends on you), and it is full of proteins. Today I really needed proteins. PLANT POWER!!

Raw Vegan Bounty Ways

It's kind of a funny story how these babies were made. I was trying to make a dough for a coconut whipped cream and top it with blueberries, (here is a photo of my truly beautifully prepared dough :D
 but my whipped cream didn't appear, so I just put the frozen coconut milk into the dough, left in in the freezer (because I had no idea what to do with it), and the day after, I thought it would be awesome to make a very milky bounty balls and cover it in raw chocolate (because already the dough was raw).

If you are wondering what the result was, keep reading for the recipe, I'll just tell you that it reminded me a lot of a milky childhood treat from your mom, I pretty loved it.

You'll need: NUTS (whichever you have), COCONUT OIL, COCONUT MILK, CACAO POWDER, SHREDDED COCONUT and a sweetener.
.. and a FOOD PROCESSOR.

... it's peanut butter jelly time!! Guys, let me show you something your wallet is gonna love. It is an organic, BIO, homemade, oilfree, sugarfree, refined things free and natural PEANUT BUTTER!!! With a secret ingredient.
This recipe is full of proteins and healthy fats, we can't say that it is good to eat a whole can, but it is so hard to say no! Although, you don't have to be afraid of any hidden chemistry while eating this peanut nut butter. Glutenfree, grainfree, paleo, sugarfree, oilfree, vegan and RAW!!!

Marble Banana Financiers

Firstable, a made these guys muffins, but later I decided that the consistency is not really "muffin". But what then? Yes! Financiers. And the result? Heaven. Heaven for body, soul, and tummy. Just can't get enough of those Marble Banana Financiers. And, they are SO easy! It is just incredible, and made very quickly, in 10 minutes of preparation, then about 20 minutes in the oven.

Vegan, glutenfree, nourishing, healthy, sugarfree and perfectly MOIST.


You will need: BANANAS, OATS, ALMONDS, MAPLE SYRUP as the main ingredients.
The others are: RAISINS, COCOA POWDER, COCONUT OIL, APPLE JUICE

... and a FOOD PROCESSOR.

Choco-honey Oatmeal Cookies (simple as hell)

I am going to give you an ultimate recipe which you will love, like forever and ever, because, guys, it is EXTREMELY EASY. And what is better?? Just 2 ingredients only.

I made these cookies this afternoon and ... there are no left I ate them all. They are absolutely guilt-free, gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free. Also 100% healthy and full of proteins.

You will need: OATS, BANANA, HONEY and some Chocolate chips.
Instruments required: Food processor, but in fact you can do them without it evenly.
