So I did. Guys, you won't believe how GOOD it was. And so healthy, and light! Just ideal lunch.
You need: POTATOES, OLIVE OIL, and vegetable "all you can find"
Ingredients: (1 portion)
- 3 potatoes
- half of a pepper
- half of a zucchini
- olive oil
- rosemary
- pinia nuts
- fresh parsley
- tuna (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat your pan with a bit of olive oil.
- Add the cut zucchini, on a big heat for the first moment, then calm the fire. Let fry for about 1 minute.
- Add the pepper and rosemary.
- When the vegetable seems to be half-done, you add the cut potatoes and pinia nuts.
- Done!! Add the tuna if you want and the parsley.
- Yummm...
