I made these cookies this afternoon and ... there are no left I ate them all. They are absolutely guilt-free, gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free. Also 100% healthy and full of proteins.
You will need: OATS, BANANA, HONEY and some Chocolate chips.
Instruments required: Food processor, but in fact you can do them without it evenly.
Ready for magic?
I am so excited about these so easy, simple and so healthy cookies. They are perfect as a snack or breakfast, but how I enjoyed them the most?
-Fresh, warm from the oven
-... with a cup of hot coconut milk.
-..........just........SO YUMMY I ate each one of it. And I am making them soon again. Very soon.
Here we go: (for 10 cookies)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 4 tbsp of oats (you can add more seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, ... )
- 1-2 tsp of honey / Maple Sirup / Agave
- Dark Organic Chocolate without sugar / Chocolate Chips / cranberries / whatever you like
- (optional) 1/2 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven on 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Mash the banana in a food processor, not completely (or with your hands).
3. Add the oats and honey (and cinnamon, if using)
4. Mix together.
5. Add a little bit of Chocolate into the mixture and process again, until you have a mixture sustainable to put onto your baking pan with a baking paper.
6. Make your cookies, all the same height. (half a tablespoon each) Put the rest of your Chocolate on them.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes :)
Enjoy your cookies with HOT COCONUT MILK.
