CHOCOLATE + CINNAMON + PEARS + OATS
And because I don't want to eat cute animals, it is vegan (but it completely depends on you), and it is full of proteins. Today I really needed proteins. PLANT POWER!!
Ingredients:
- Oats (I used 5 grain porridge where are already sunflower seeds, oats, ...)
- 1 tsp of Flax Seeds
- Coconut milk
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp of honey
- Some raisins
1. Put your oats, flax seeds in a breakfast bowl, pour it with coconut milk (it has to be poured over, the oats will double their volume) and put them in a microwave to heat them.
2. Add cacao powder, cinnamon, honey and raisins and put again in the microwave if needed (if the oats are not soaked enough).
..... Yummmm.
