Cozy Chocolate Porridge

Lately, it has been a bit... You know, cold outside. And while I am on vacation right now, I felt like making a cozy breakfast to bed. My mom bought some pears, and I thought of a perfect combination:

CHOCOLATE + CINNAMON + PEARS + OATS

And because I don't want to eat cute animals, it is vegan (but it completely depends on you), and it is full of proteins. Today I really needed proteins. PLANT POWER!!


Ingredients:

  • Oats (I used 5 grain porridge where are already sunflower seeds, oats, ...)
  • 1 tsp of Flax Seeds
  • Coconut milk
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • Some raisins
1. Put your oats, flax seeds in a breakfast bowl, pour it with coconut milk (it has to be poured over, the oats will double their volume) and put them in a microwave to heat them.
2. Add cacao powder, cinnamon, honey and raisins and put again in the microwave if needed (if the oats are not soaked enough).

..... Yummmm.
