This is a brand new blog about healthy lifestyle, about food (mostly, because admit it - everybody loves it) and sometimes a little bit about me. Let's get back to the food.
I think everybody knows the guilty feeling after eating such a good brownie or a cake or whatever sweet treat you ate. Personnaly, I really hate these feelings of guilt.
So! What if there is a way to eat delicious food and sweet desserts and feel confident and happy about it? There is!
Above that, what if that food is like an extra healthy nourishing bomb for your body? I WANT THAT!
